Investment Professionals (Asia Pacific)

You are expected to be pro-active in identifying investment opportunities locally and overseas in emerging companies. You will evaluate and conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, negotiate on the terms of investment, monitor and help investee companies, eventually guiding them to successful public listing or mergers and acquisitions exits.

We are looking to hire high-calibre, self-starting and independent individuals with a university degree. Preference will be given to individuals with relevant experience in early start-ups and late-stage private companies and who have demonstrated his/her ability to exit from investment at optimal valuation. We would also consider individuals with strong experience in business operations in specialized industries, corporate finance, and/or fund management. The individual must possess strong analytical, written and verbal communication, negotiation and management skills. He/she must also be resourceful and entrepreneurial. The ability to work in a cross-cultural environment is essential. Fluency in English, Mandarin and other foreign languages will be an advantage. Individuals are expected to travel.
