Our Investment Strategy

Our investment approach is aimed at giving our shareholders outsized returns, while creating lasting value for our entrepreneurial companies. This stems from our belief in sourcing for new technology, products or services with distinct value propositions that differentiates them from their competitors. We value being the first in any venture, and seek to engage leading entrepreneurs and teams that demonstrate their abilities to bring their creative and dedicated ideas to life.

In realising these ideas, we explore opportunities to acquire a significant minority stake in a company at various stages of development, be it seed or mezzanine investments, with deal size ranging from US$1 million to US$30 million. Once invested, we will work together with our investee companies to strengthen their management system and enhance their operations. As partners, we will help them create and realise value via strategic partnerships worldwide and IPO listing.
