We work with technopreneurs and management teams who are creative, realistic and focused in their purpose; who are able to come up with a solid strategy and execute it successfully. We look for new technology, products or services with unique value propositions which differentiate from the competition. The business model, size of targeted market and roll-out speed are also crucial factors.

Our investment stages range from seed to mezzanine deals with the size of each investment between S$1 million to S$5 million. In a typical deal, we seek to acquire between 10% to 40% ownership and a board seat on the investee company.

Helping investee companies strengthen their management system and efficiency, we penetrate international markets, tie up with strategic business partners worldwide and prepare for IPO by leveraging our contacts with other VCs, major corporations and financial institutions worldwide. We also aim to achieve critical mass within our portfolio, to encourage synergy between different investee companies.
